Pan and Pour is part of the Mount Charles Group, one of Ireland’s leading indigenous companies, and is the brainchild of Trevor Annon, Mount Charles Chairman and Founder, and Andrew Dougan, Managing Director of Yellow Door. This is a joint venture between two catering heavyweights to deliver bespoke food and beverage solutions, the likes of which have never been seen before on the island of Ireland.


Mount Charles is one of the leading catering and support services operating across the island of Ireland. Established in 1988 by Trevor Annon, and headquartered in Belfast, Mount Charles began as a catering company before expanding to offer a wide range of services including vending, cleaning and events.

Yellow Door Catering Company is a highly regarded provider of artisan baked goods, deli items, and comprehensive outside catering services. Established in 1992, the company initially operated as a fine dining restaurant but evolved to meet growing demand for premium-quality, accessible food through high street delis and bespoke catering.

Known for its artisan approach, the company has won numerous awards, such as the Great Taste Award for dishes like vegan beetroot wellington and Irish beef cheek pie.
